At Terrybaun Pottery, we take great care that your ordered pieces arrive to you in perfect condition. Each item is individually hand wrapped in acid free soft paper and then carefully bubble wrapped. If not part of a branded boxed set (check product description), items are double or triple packed into secure recycled cardboard boxes with generous amounts of padding.
If we have your ordered piece(s) in stock we endeavor to ship them within a day of the order placement. Some items will need to be created after the order is received, so please allow for up to 3-4 weeks for delivery as pottery needs to be shaped, fired in the kiln, with glazes and decorative elements that need time in order to dry and cure correctly.
